Overview
We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands including household names like Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we have grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago to the global mobility leader we are today.
Join us, and as the TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress on your own career path. Ready to make your move?
After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you'll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from capable mentors, including our current CEO, who started as a graduate in our Management Training Programme.
This approach helps everyone learn our business from the ground up and understand their role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a well-rounded training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you progress, more opportunities will become available. Many choose to continue their ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager within two years, managing your team and profits. Alternatively, explore options in Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.
We encourage all employees to be their best, with diversity a priority. We are recognized as leaders in diversity, equity, and inclusion, featured in The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality and Stonewall's Top 100 Employers for LGBTQ+ Inclusion.
Enterprise Mobility remains family-owned, with our CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family. This stability allows us to confidently pursue long-term growth for our business, employees, and customers, even in challenging times.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn how to run a profitable branch. You will also master delivering exceptional customer service.

These skills will enable you to build long-lasting relationships with business partners and key decision-makers.
