Senior Owned Executive Role
The role of the Senior Owned Executive is to provide a broad variety of support services including communications, analysis, relationship building, and organizing and structuring departments and stores. The role is also responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of third-party service providers to stores. The Senior Symbol Executive will also support the retail operations director, Area Managers, and communicate with retail store teams as required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Prepare weekly and monthly store communication documents.
2. Generate monthly KPI reports across dispensary and front of shop, with summary analysis provided to the Operations Manager.
3. Compile meeting packs and director packs.
4. Collaborate with area managers and operations managers to ensure sufficient documentation, toolkits, and analysis are provided to all owned group pharmacies.
5. Maintain store back-office files.
6. Address and resolve queries and feedback from all owned group pharmacies.
7. Manage a team of administrators for owned group pharmacies.
8. Maintain ongoing relationships with relevant third-party providers.
9. Negotiate and secure best-in-class deals for all required providers/suppliers within retail operations.
10. Support Area Managers with administrative tasks.
11. Update and maintain Policies and Procedures.
12. Use third-party reporting tools to collate sales analysis for trading meetings.
13. Conduct store visits and compliance assessments.
14. Assist with all store operations projects.
15. Work with the commercial department to deliver effective communication to stores.
16. Provide feedback from stores to all head office departments.
17. Perform ad hoc operational activities.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
1. Minimum 3 years retail store management experience.
2. At least 1 year of administrative/office experience.
3. Strong people and influencing skills.
4. Proven track record of sales growth and business development.
5. Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
6. Flexible, motivated, and hardworking leader.
