The Role Commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account Preparation and management of budgets, cost plans, and valuations Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers Measurement, cost control, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Preparation of interim valuations, variations, and final accounts Liaising closely with site teams, clients, and consultants Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline Experience at any level (junior through to senior considered) Background with a main contractor or fit-out contractor is advantageous Strong commercial awareness and communication skills Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple priorities Full driving licence preferred due to site visits For more information please contact Talent-Curve Recruitment.
