Overview
SSA are seeking an Architectural Technologist for a well-known Architecture client, based in Offaly.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside fellow Architects and Architectural Technologists on various projects in the residential, commercial and educational sectors.
* Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
* Work alongside architects and other stakeholders to develop and refine design concepts, providing technical expertise and insights.
* Review project documentation and drawings for quality, consistency, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Requirements
* Qualification in Architectural Technology or related field
* 3+ years’ experience in Architecture roles
* Full proficient in AutoCAD
* Revit ability (Intermediate)
* Excellent communication skills
* Driver’s License
