Title: SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant (ECP) - Irish Payroll

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant on behalf of our client partner. The role will focus on payroll design, configuration, and compliance, working closely with stakeholders to deliver a robust and fully compliant payroll solution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and delivery of Irish payroll within SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors ECP
Ensure payroll outputs align with Irish Revenue real-time (RTI) reporting obligations
Manage statutory reporting, compliance activities, and support payroll audit requirements
Ensure payroll processes are aligned with data protection and GDPR considerations
Deliver seamless integration between Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll
Lead and support payroll testing phases
Facilitate payroll workshops and act as a subject-matter expert for project stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (Ireland) and SuccessFactors ECP
Proven end-to-end payroll implementation experience
Involvement in multiple (2–3+) SuccessFactors payroll implementations
Solid understanding of Irish payroll legislation and regulatory frameworks
Comfortable working independently in a remote delivery environment
