* You could be responsible for Strategic Communication Execution, Content Creation, Stakeholder Engagement, Event Coordination, Brand Management, Measurement and Reporting.
This permanent, full-time role begins with a structured 2-year programme that includes rotational placements across different teams and functions. You'll be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions.

Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication Execution:
Content Creation:
* Develop engaging and impactful content for various communication channels such as Workplace, KHNI and social media.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively communicate our Vision, Purpose and Values.
Act as a liaison between departments to promote a unified and aligned communication strategy.
Support the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring messaging consistency and effective communication.
Monitor and analyse communication channels to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management and content creation software.
* Interpersonal and collaboration skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
* Familiarity with the food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Please note that Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
