Area Sales Manager (Covering - Northern Ireland (inc) A dynamic, self-driven Area Sales Manager to join the Ireland sales team. Responsible for promoting and selling the range of innovative flooring and tiling products to clients across - Northern Ireland (inc)You'll manage an established client base while actively developing new business opportunities with retailers, contractors, installers, and specifiers such as architects and designers. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and winning new business in your territory. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, providing expert product advice and after-sales support. Deliver technical product demonstrations and host training events. Track sales activities and customer data using CRM tools to inform strategy. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Ireland Sales Manager and wider UK Commercial Team. Occasionally to the UK and Italy for training and collaboration. Requirements Proven Field Sales experience in the construction and or building materials sector. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous role while contributing to a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital reporting tools.
