Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including tasks such as employee onboarding, training coordination, maintaining HR documentation, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documents.
* Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, preparing contracts and relevant documentation.
* Facilitate the induction process for new hires, including preparing all materials, conducting induction and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
* Maintain a good working relationship with all departments and be a point of contact for general HR queries and provide information regarding HR policies, benefits etc.
* Monitor absence and time keeping in line with Company policy while ensuring employees are using the Time Management System both onsite and working remotely.
* Assist and contribute to the development of the site-wide training plan.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure all staff are informed of and comply with HR policies.
Requirements:
A third level diploma or degree qualification in Human Resource Management is essential. Experience in HR is also required. Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law is crucial.
