 
        Our Dublin based client is looking for a Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and managing business change initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery across IT and transformation programmes. This role will focus on leading large-scale change activities. This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the delivery of IT and business transformation programmes.Lead stakeholder management and engagement activities to ensure buy-in and alignment across all levels of the organisation.Work closely with business analysis teams to understand requirements, assess impacts, and define the scope of change initiatives.Deliver and oversee governance processes for change activities, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.Manage and report on risks, issues, and dependencies related to transformation programmes, implementing mitigation measures as needed.Lead workshops, training sessions, and communication plans to prepare business areas for upcoming changes.Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve successful adoption and business outcomes.Essential Experience:5+ years of professional experience in Change ManagementDemonstrated experience working in IT delivery environments, driving change across complex programmes.Strong background in stakeholder management and engagementEducational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fieldBenefits:Competitive daily rate
