Job Title: Dedicated Early Childhood Professional
We are seeking a qualified and caring individual to join our team as a Full Time Early Years Educator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive preschool program, in line with the principles of Siolta and Aistear, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
1. To foster the holistic development of children, providing a warm and nurturing environment on a daily basis.
2. To interact, build relationships with children, caregivers and colleagues.
3. Establishing a full curriculum incorporating key areas of child development, taking into account individual input on a daily basis.
4. Working closely with parents on regular communication regarding their child's development.
5. Play is paramount for observing needs and learning styles to provide optimal support.
