Leading a team of engineers to develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence across the organization.
 * Provide strategic leadership on product and process issues, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
 * Oversee process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
 * Develop and implement Lean strategies to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
 * The role involves participation in phase review processes and NPE meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
 * Collaborate with Process Technicians to provide guidance on maintenance programs and equipment optimization.
 * Evaluate new equipment and processes for environmental impact and develop mitigation strategies.
 * Develop and maintain supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
 * Take on additional projects as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Master's degree in engineering or a relevant field, with a strong track record of achievement.
 * Excellent technical expertise, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 * Leadership experience, preferably in people management and project delivery.
 * Proven ability to drive innovation and process improvement.
