We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Accounting Assistant to join our team.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of accounting and financial services, working closely with our French-speaking colleagues in France and based in our Dublin office.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Routine accounting tasks, including collection, payment, and entry of purchase invoices;
* Payment of salary advances and expenses reimbursements;
* Recovery and accounting entry of sales invoices;
* Bank reconciliation, centralization, and monthly entry of payment cards;
* Entering various accounting transactions under the guidance of the manager;
* Sending emails for customer collections using provided templates;
* Follow-up and maintenance of Excel-based accounting tools;
* Centralization of fuel card consumption;
* Recovering social security contribution slips;
* Checking monthly rental payments with the Logistics Manager;
* Reviewing project income and expenditure with the Accounting Manager and Logistics Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A strong understanding of work procedures;
* Knowledge of software, including Sage, Tempo/Banco, Excel, Outlook, and Teams;
* Fluent French and basic knowledge of English;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Ability to work accurately with figures;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
