Responsibilities
 * Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
 * Coordinate with various departments to manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, maintaining a well-functioning workspace.
 * Support team members by organising schedules, meetings, and communications to promote seamless collaboration.
 * Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
 * Assist in budget management and tracking expenses related to office operations.
Ideal Candidate
 * 4+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role,
 * Excellent organisational skills.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and handle internal and external interactions effectively.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to adapt to new technology
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
