Overview
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is looking for an experienced and self-motivated BDC Manager to join their team. The BDC Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center and ensuring high customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. offers an attractive pay structure with a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 per year, plus commission. Additional benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401(k) contributions, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
Establish and manage processes to ensure smooth operations
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
Analyze customer data to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Generate new business leads and increase sales opportunities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns
Update and manage website content
Manage staff schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
Assist in other areas of the dealership as needed
Requirements
Strong understanding of the Auto industry
Proven track record in sales/marketing management
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
