Our client is looking for a CSA Project Manager to join them on an upcoming Data Centre project.

Salary:
Budget up to £85,000 depending on Data Centre experience
Key responsibilities for this CSA Project Manager role:
1. Oversee the delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
2. Supervise daily site operations, maintaining clear communication and managing the flow of project information.
3. Track progress, safety, and quality issues, escalating and resolving challenges effectively.
4. Lead the project close-out process, ensuring documentation is finalized and client expectations are met.
5. Act as a visible leader on site, monitoring progress and reinforcing a culture of safe work practices.
6. Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate snagging activities, including scheduling and follow-up.
7. Identify potential risks or issues early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
8. Apply and monitor project procedures, driving improvements where necessary.
9. Lead and participate in project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and provide clear communication on impacts to stakeholders.
10. Review and assess proposed changes, delays, or variations to project scope.
Experience required for this CSA Project Manager role:
11. Extensive project management experience in civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works.
12. A degree in construction, engineering, project management, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
13. Eligible to live and work in Dublin, with a preference for those already based in or open to relocating here.
14. Professional project management certification (completed or in progress) is highly desirable.
15. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
16. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
17. A collaborative leader who thrives on building strong, open relationships with colleagues and clients.
