Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of our EDPS Submission product through managing Risk Adjustment Data from Clients to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). This is accomplished through coordinated analysis, review, and collaboration with teams within our organization, in addition to external parties with an interest in our product. You will help clients navigate the complexities of data submissions, resolve issues, and meet regulatory requirements. Your goal is to drive submission accuracy and timeliness—targeting over data 99% acceptance rate. The successful candidate will serve as the liaison and key contact between the business operations team and the stakeholders we support – notably operational leadership, Tech Engineering, and our clients (both commercial and internal). This role is critical in our ability to provide our clients with operational excellence as a part of the Risk & Quality Clinical Solutions Team.
