Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Facilities Services Manager to lead our General Services function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including Catering, Facilities Management, Portering, Security, and other services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing contracted services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and budgets. They will also have experience in Industrial Relations and the ability to direct the management and associated service contracts.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide visible guidance and ensure adherence to HR policies. The successful candidate will prioritize and manage resources efficiently, demonstrating strong financial acumen.
