Regional Care Coordinator Job Description
This is a full-time permanent position based in Little Island, Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth hours in their area by managing new package requests from the public and private sector.
Duties of the Role:
1. Responsible for overseeing rotas with complete accountability and oversight.
2. Monitor client care calls including missed and late calls.
3. Process new client referrals, handle documentation and records for both clients and carers, maintain up-to-date files and computer systems.
4. Complete Timesheets daily handling administrative duties Analyse opportunities for growth communicating where new staff are required to accommodate business demand liaise with recruitment team.
5.
