A large enterprise organisation in Ireland is seeking anexperienced Senior Scrum Masterto support the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives within a regulated environment. This contract role is suited to someone with a strong agile mindset who canlead teams independently, influence stakeholders, and take apragmatic approach to agile delivery.Reporting into an Agile / Scrum leadership function, you will play a key role in coaching teams, embedding best practices, and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams, including collaboration with third-party vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all core agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and RetrospectivesLead, coach and motivate agile delivery teams to maximise performance and outcomesTrack and use agile metrics to support continuous improvementCoach teams in self-management, cross-functional collaboration and continuous learningSupport Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation and refinement in complex delivery environmentsFoster a culture of continuous improvement and transparencyProvide coaching and mentoring on agile best practices and methodologiesSupport the wider organisation in improving agile maturity and ways of workingDemonstrate flexibility in responding to changing priorities while managing own workload effectivelyBuild strong relationships across delivery teams, business stakeholders and third-party partnersCollaborate effectively within environments using a blend of agile and traditional delivery modelsMaintain a solid understanding of system architecture, software development practices and toolingAbout YouCertified Scrum Master (or equivalent recognised agile certification)7+ years' experience leading teams using Agile and Scrum practices, ideally on large-scale programmesStrong knowledge of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, with the ability to tailor approaches to contextComfortable operating in regulated or compliance-driven environmentsProven experience working with third-party vendors and external delivery partnersExperience contributing to or operating within large-scale agile transformation programmesOutcome-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvementExcellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skillsCollaborative working style across technical and non-technical teamsThird-level qualification desirable
