Job Title: Experienced Kitchen Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and skilled kitchen assistant to join our busy events team in the Co Waterford region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
* Setting up for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
* Working closely with chefs to ensure high-quality food presentation and preparation
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
* Deep cleaning of kitchens and performing daily cleaning duties
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience working in a catering or kitchen environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to new environments
* Two working references required
* Valid work permits to work in Ireland with no restrictions
