What You'll Do
1. Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards across guest rooms and public areas.
2. Carry out detailed inspections to ensure every space reflects boutique luxury elegance.
3. Organize daily room allocations and prioritize tasks for smooth operations.
4. Train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service.
5. Manage stock levels and coordinate ordering of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
7. Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
8. Previous experience as an Accommodation Supervisor or similar role in a luxury or boutique hotel environment.
9. Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
11. Ability to manage a team effectively and maintain a positive work environment.
12. Knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures.
