We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership skills, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and foster a positive work culture among staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise front-of-house staff during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation across the restaurant.
* Support stock management, ordering, and waste control procedures.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Assist with staff scheduling and communication to ensure proper coverage.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to meet business goals.
About You
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Leadership: Strong ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and foster a positive work environment.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Standards-Driven: Commitment to upholding high levels of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work the restaurant's schedule (Wednesday to Sunday, with one weekend off per month).
