Member firms provide clients with a comprehensive and personal service relating to auditing, taxation, accounting and business and financial management advice.Job DescriptionPayroll administration for a portfolio of clientsRun weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrollsDealing with all aspects of the payroll process - Starters & Leavers, BIK, Pensions, Bonus, Share Schemes, Holidays and other statutory and voluntary additions/deductionsPreparation and filing of Payroll Submissions on Revenues Online System (ROSDealing with clients - primarily over phone and emailsAdvising clients on PRSI and basic tax issues relating to payrollOther Ad Hoc Payroll Team Duties as they ariseRequired experience includes:Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) with payroll experienceStrong analytical and MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word)1 - 2 year minimum previous experience in processing payrollConscientious with a good attention to detailGood time management with ability to multitaskAbility to work on own initiative and within a team environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills - written and oralJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: €34,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 37 per weekBenefits:Company eventsSick payWork from homeExperience:Payroll: 2 years (required)Licence/Certification:Certificate in Payroll Techniques (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, County Dublin
