People Operations/HR Specialist with fluent Arabic.Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days remote)Contract: Fixed-term contract to end January 2027Start: ASAP | Salary €50,000 per year.We're partnering with a global, high-growth enterprise technology organisation to hire an experienced HR Coordinator / People Operations Specialist to support a large, international workforce.This is a hands-on, operational HR role sitting within a centralised People Services function, supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee queries across multiple regions and time zones.What you'll be doingManaging and resolving Tier 1 & Tier 2 HR cases across EMEA and global populations, ensuring SLA adherencePartnering closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, managers and employeesSupporting core people processes aligned to global HR products, including:Offer letters and contractsEmployee data changesPolicy and programme guidanceLearning platform supportLive Agent / employee portal supportEscalating complex or time-sensitive cases using sound judgement and operational insightMaintaining high data integrity across HR systems and documentationCompleting audits and validations of HR case transactionsIdentifying process gaps and improvement opportunities to reduce risk and improve employee experienceSupporting projects and UAT testing where requiredCreating and maintaining SOPs, knowledge articles and response templates to enable employee self-serviceWhat we're looking for2-4 years' experience in HR Operations, People Services or a centralised HR support functionMust have fluent Arabic Proven experience supporting EMEA employee populationsStrong exposure to HR systems, case management tools and employee portalsExperience working in fast-paced, global, matrixed organisations (tech or large multinationals preferred)Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownershipHigh emotional intelligence with confident, professional stakeholder communicationAbility to manage competing priorities, time zones and changing demands calmly and effectivelyA proactive mindset - spotting issues before they escalate and improving how things workComfortable working independently, while collaborating closely with wider HR teamsWhy this role?Long-term contract within a well-established global tech environmentExposure to mature, scaled HR operations and best-practice people processesHybrid working model in a central Dublin officeStrong opportunity to deepen experience in global People Operations
