Requirements
8+ years experience
Contribute to the development of the technical team expertise including technical detailing, Technical Specification writing knowledge and/or NBS production, regulatory compliance, tender and construction packages.
Must have working experience with Building Regulations, including BCAR.
Notable experience working across the commercial and workplace sector.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on site.
Must be RIAI registered.
