Role: Customer Service Advisor
At AXA Partners, we share a passion for empowering people to live better lives by providing assistance services. We support customers daily, helping motorists get back on the road, assisting with home emergencies, and more.
As a Customer Service Consultant in our telephone-based team, you'll identify customer needs through listening and relationship-building.
Our services are available 7 days a week, so our team must be as well. You will work 25 hours per week during night shifts from 20:00 to 02:15, including some weekends. Your schedule will be set monthly.
While based in Athlone, after training, there is potential for hybrid work. Initial training occurs on-site Monday to Friday for 4 weeks, so commitment to this is required.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service mainly related to motor breakdowns and home emergencies.
* Provide accurate information to customers, equipped with the necessary tools and training.
* Become a Subject Matter Expert in your area, learning about assistance services and how to support customers and partners.
* Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
* Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
* Communicate case progress internally and externally.
* Demonstrate AXA Partners' values in every interaction.
