We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.The role will include the following tasks;· Greeting clients to the office· Responsibility for incoming client calls and emails· Scheduling consultations and organizing calendars for the solicitors· Liaising between clients and solicitors· Dealing with the new client queries· Responsibility for incoming and outgoing post and DX· Fee processing· File administration duties including opening files, closing files, scanning documents, filing, archiving, etc.Required Skills:· Experience of one year or more working in a Legal Office· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written· Excellent typing skills· Excellent organizational skills· An ability to manage a busy workload· Experience with a legal case management system will be preferred· Good IT skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
