We’re looking for a bold, energetic Night Manager with a fearless, can-do attitude to lead our dual-branded Moxy and Residence Inn by Marriott hotels.
At Moxy, we keep things playful, social, and full of energy. At Residence Inn, we make guests feel right at home. Together, we create two unique experiences under one roof — and you’ll be the one keeping it all running smoothly after dark.
What You’ll Do
* Lead night operations across both hotels, ensuring everything runs safely and seamlessly.
* Welcome, assist, and engage guests with confidence and personality.
* Handle check-ins, departures, night audits, and guest requests.
* Keep the vibe right — mixing Moxy’s fun with Residence Inn’s warmth.
* Support and motivate the night crew to deliver great service.
* Resolve issues calmly and quickly, with a smile and a touch of Moxy attitude.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous hotel or night management experience.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive, people-first approach and energy that lasts all night.
