Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance & Administration Support Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Finance Officer in delivering all finance and administration duties.
Main Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day book-keeping, including weekly lodgements, analysis of credit/debit payments, petty cash, invoicing.
Prepare profit and loss budgets for various divisions.
Process weekly and monthly payroll.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for funders.
The successful candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with Quick Books or similar software packages.
