Job Description
As Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering exceptional service across our organisation. You'll lead a broad portfolio of critical functions-including field service management, customer contact centres, warehouse operations, and project installations-ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence.
You'll manage a diverse team of service managers, in-field engineers, call centre staff, and warehouse personnel, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments. Your focus will be on enhancing service delivery, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing efficient inventory and prodyct delivery strategies.
You'll also lead the successful delivery of complex project installations-coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Working closely with the CEO, you'll shape and manage operational budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and implement cost-effective strategies that maintain quality and service excellence. You'll ensure compliance through regular audits, reporting, and risk assessments.
