Relevant Skills Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior management position (either as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager); Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Working knowledge of the CBE system is desirable; Strong knowledge and experience of reading and actioning reports; Previous experience with leading a team; Excellent communication skills; Good delegation skills; Highly driven with a strong work ethic; An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets; Commerciality and brand awareness; Passion for grocery retail; Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
