Job Description
Our client in the food and hospitality sector is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple locations. This is a permanent position that requires one day per week in Kilkenny, with additional travel to Midlands and South-East sites for inspections and follow-up visits.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a hospitality or food management role, with strong operational instincts and the ability to lead and develop their team. They must be able to work well under pressure, ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and possess a full Irish driving license with a willingness to travel.
