Our nursing home is seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality care and support for our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our nursing staff.
* Manage and coordinate the daily work of nursing staff
* Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
* NMBI registration essential
* Clinical experience in a similar role desirable
