Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Payroll and Accounts Payable AdministratorPayroll DutiesTo update all relevant systems accurately and in a timely manner (Alkimii & SAGE)To ensure all employees details are maintained accurately and in line with GDPR requirements;To maintain accurate records and ensure all new starters / leavers / promotions / transfers / increases etc. are recordedTo process the weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.To assist all employees with payroll related questionsTo assist in reviewing and calculating gratuities for the operational departments and ensure payment as per the normal schedule (i.e. gratuities policy) and ensure statements are sent to employees on time.To assist in coordinating and administering of employee benefits ie. TaxSaver, bike to work scheme, PRSA auto-enrolment, etc.To prepare weekly payroll reportsAccounts Payable DutiesMaintain up-to-date supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.Process supplier invoices on Procure Wizard and import file on ExchequerFor other invoices -match purchase orders with invoices to ensure proper approvals and documentation.Prepare and execute payment runs.Perform monthly creditor statement reconciliation.Complete and analyse aged creditor and month end reports.Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.Essential SkillsIPASS or Accounting Technician qualification5 years minimum previous experience in a similar roleExcellent attention to detailProficient in both accounts and payroll software.RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role (hospitality experience an advantage)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in both accounts and payroll software.Excellent time management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary will be DOEJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €37,500.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Rathmines West, Dublin, CO.
