Operational Management Professional
We are seeking an Operational Management Professional to join our HCP Engagement Operations team. This role specializes in Sponsorships & Joint Working, coordinating operational management across international markets.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for sponsorship and joint working requests, approvals, and contract execution.
* Manage contract templates, coordinate amendments, and collaborate closely with legal teams for third-party contracts.
* Coordinate sponsorship activities involving healthcare professionals, ensuring timely execution and adherence to local regulations.
* Supervise external vendors' performance and track agreed SLAs and critical metrics.
* Analyze program effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

1. Responsibility of sponsorship and joint working requests, approvals, and contract execution to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
2. Managing and updating contract templates, coordinating amendments, and collaborating closely with legal teams for third-party contracts.
3. Coordinating sponsorship activities involving healthcare professionals, ensuring timely execution and adherence to local regulations.
4. Collaborating with external vendors to supervise performance and track agreed SLAs and critical metrics.
5. Supporting the development of standardized processes, templates, and tools to streamline operations.
This role involves serving as a point of contact for internal collaborators regarding sponsorship and joint working inquiries. Accurate documentation and audit readiness across all processes is also essential.
