Job Description
As part of our global risk management team the role is responsible for supporting the Europe operational business get into contract with its clients and suppliers, advising on the associated risk.
Key role requirements
* Undertake contract reviews
* Provide ad hoc contract advice to operational teams and liaise with clients/their legal teams (where requested) to resolve contractual matters
* Work with the operational teams to increase risk management awareness, compliance and capability.
* Support operational teams through the RM process, help them to resolve issues and get into contract quicker
* Help to improve risk management tools, systems and processes
* Liaise with PII and general insurance brokers to confirm coverage, respond to queries
* Sox control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to, where applicable.

Qualifications
* Paralegal or equivalent legal experience.
* Strong administrative skillset – Microsoft works tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
* Interest / affinity / experience with construction mgt and/or professional services consultancy
* Fluent in English, and Dutch
