My Client is hiring a software developer for a 12 Month Fixed term contract.
This role requires a 2 day on-site presence in Dublin 2.
The role focuses on modernizing and rebuilding legacy applications using (frontend) and.
NET Core (backend), with deployment to the Azure cloud.
It requires full-stack development expertise, close collaboration with business users, and a strong focus on secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Rebuild and modernise older web applications.
Build and maintain scalable web APIs in.
NET Core. Integrate with SQL Server via Entity Framework Core.
Implement authentication and role-based access with Azure AD.
Deploy and manage applications in Azure.
Support CI/CD, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Work with teams to define and deliver user-friendly solutions.
Ensure compliance with legal industry data/security standards.
Required Skills: Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent).
Proven full-stack experience with.
NET Core, React, Java Script, HTML/CSS.
Strong skills in C#, REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server.
Familiarity with Git/version control.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills: Azure AD, Dev Ops/CI-CD, Docker/Kubernetes.
Experience with Azure cloud deployment.
Knowledge of Share Point, i Manage.
Understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001).
Automated testing, and familiarity with other JS frameworks (Angular, Vue).
