Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Leader to drive revenue growth across four properties. The ideal candidate will lead the sales planning and strategy, develop strong client relationships, oversee sales activities, and manage high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic partnerships with corporate, MICE, DMC, and tour clients to drive revenue growth
* Lead sales activities across four hotels, developing and implementing effective selling strategies
* Recognize and capitalize on PR and media opportunities to enhance business levels
* Apply effective yield management and understand its implications on hotel operations
* Attract, retain, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
* Maintain the sales IT infrastructure and customer database, maximizing benefits of international franchise agreements
* Collaborate with directors to manage and control annual sales budgets
* Contribute to the formulation of commercial strategy at Board level
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
* Experience in managing high-performing teams
