HR Business Partner – Supply Chain
Location: Europe – hybrid from one of our sites or offices, or fully remote, with up to 30% travel.
Department: Human Resources | Full‑time | Permanent | Employee | Hybrid shift.
Job Purpose
As the HR Business Partner for Amcor’s Supply Chain function, you will shape and elevate the people agenda across a multi‑country supply chain network spanning 64 plants in 20 countries. You will partner with senior leaders, influence strategic decisions, strengthen collaboration, and drive a more agile, engaged, and results‑focused organization.
Principal Accountabilities

Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities. Provide insights and champion HR initiatives at both local and regional levels.
Supply Chain Capability & Talent Development: Lead the design and delivery of talent management programs, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network.
Change & Engagement Leadership: Drive engagement, support transformation initiatives, harmonize HR practices across plants, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
HR Operations & Project Management: Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR policies and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday). Manage key HR projects that improve efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments, preferably from FMCG corporations
Experience in matrix, international organisations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development
Hands‑on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and strong data‑driven mindset
Skilled in change management with a passion for driving transformation and engagement
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels, adaptable, approachable, and a strong team player
