Senior Site Manager – North Dublin
DOE: €80k – €90K
Company Overview:
Site Manager required for a well-established Main Building Contractor to work on a large residential project in North Dublin which is starting next month. This role will ideally suit candidates who have worked on medium to large scale building projects in Ireland or the UK previously.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or Trade background.
The successful Senior Site Manager will have at least 10 years’ experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
Computer literate.
Good knowledge of safety and quality management.
