Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial professional to play a key role in our day-to-day financial operations.
This position offers the opportunity to drive efficiency, build client relationships, and ensure accuracy in our financial processes.
* Prepare year-end non-audit company accounts and working papers up to review stage.
* Reconcile balance sheet items, including VAT, payroll, leases, hire purchases, and fixed assets.
* Apply solid knowledge of accounting principles to post journals onto accounting software accurately.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining smooth financial operations and contributing to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of management accounts.
* Prepare statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with deadlines, checklists, and procedural requirements.
* Support year-end close processes, including the preparation of year-end journals.

Skill and Experience:
* Part-qualified ACA/ACCA accountant.
* Minimum of 2+ years of general accounting practice experience.
Results-driven with strong technical abilities and financial acumen. Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer care. Highly organized with excellent planning abilities. Proficient in both written and spoken English. Ability to work independently and take initiative Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
