The Role
We are seeking a service-driven individual to join our five-star team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or continue your career with one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming team, you will help create memorable moments for our guests and colleagues. Your main duties will include:
* Preparing mise-en-place according to standards
* Greeting guests in a professional manner
* Delivering and serving drinks and food to the Merrion standards
* Maintaining uniform and personal grooming standards
* Polishing glassware and crockery for service
