About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our kitchen team in Cork. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
* Manage kitchen stock efficiently
* Assist senior chefs during service
* Implement and maintain kitchen health and hygiene procedures
* Cook food to order
* Supervise junior chefs in their section of the kitchen
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
