Position:Scrum Master Location:Mayo (Hybrid, Onsite) About the Role Our clientis seeking an experienced Scrum Masterto support their high-performing delivery teams and drive agile best practices across complex projects. This role requires a strong background in Scrum delivery combined with recognised project management expertise, including PMP qualifications. Experience working with software solutionswould be a strong advantage, particularly in environments involving customer-facing platforms. This role may involve supporting a couple of Agile teams concurrently, ensuring consistent delivery, alignment, and continuous improvement across teams. Key Responsibilities *Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for one or more teams *Coach and mentor teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement *Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery *Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency *Track and report on team performance, delivery metrics, and risks across multiple teams where applicable *Support Agile transformation initiatives and promote best practices across the organisation Required Experience & Qualifications *Experienceworking as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment *Certified Scrum Masterqualification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) *PMP certification(or equivalent project management qualification) *Proven experience working with cross-functional teams delivering complex initiatives *Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe experience an advantage) Key Skills & Competencies *Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills *Strong leadership and coaching mindset *Ability to manage ambiguity and balance priorities across multiple teams *Experience using Agile delivery tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) *Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Note:If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please drop me a message, forward your CV using the apply button or reach out to me directly via #LI-CF3 Skills: CSM PSM Agile
