Exciting opportunity for NQ – 3 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to work at large successful innovative supportive top Tier Dublin Law Practice
If you are seeking to move into a great team and have property experience, ideally gained in the property practice of a large law firm we would welcome the opportunity to meet.
The successful candidate will be a solution driven problem solver with a strong work ethic and drive to gain great legal experience. The firm has an excellent reputation as an employer with a strong sense of teamwork and fair play. Remuneration is competitive
Duties
* Managing a diverse caseload of Commercial Property clients
* Providing clients with quality advice and guidance
* Dealing with all matters including sales purchases and the drafting of Licences, Leases, Transfers and Agreements
* Drafting statutory Notices under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
* Undertaking research and preparing advice on various commercial property matters
* Working closely with other departments on joint projects
Requirements
* 0 – 3 years’ PQE
* Experience of drafting complex leasing, acquisition and disposal agreements
* Strong commercial acumen and client service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise work and work to specified timescales
* Desire to continue your personal and professional development
* Proven Team player with right attitude and work ethic
