About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to assist our Estimating and Construction Teams in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and reports. This role will involve working closely with our teams to ensure timely completion of projects and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of project schedules, including developing critical path analysis and tracking progress.
* Provide technical support to the Estimating Department and Construction Teams as required.
* Prepare and submit reports on project status, progress, and performance metrics.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure accurate communication and satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor or Engineering Consulting firm.
* Excellent knowledge of project management software, including Primavera, MS Project, and ASTA Power Project.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
