* You will ooze passion for creating happiness through beauty and delivering exceptional service. Even if you don’t have experience, we will provide the tools to become a beauty expert!
* You love staying up-to-date with luxury cosmetics and skincare trends. Our teams are passionate about cross-category selling, sharing key benefits of products like our Number Advanced Genifique Serum!
* You are a people person, loving to meet new people and build genuine connections, providing personalized consultations and empathetic recommendations.
* You will be self-driven, motivated to meet sales targets, and occasionally act as the sole ambassador for your team.
* Your induction includes regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and peers. You will complete online modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, and Fragrance, followed by a comprehensive training at our head office in Hammersmith, London.
* You will attend quarterly team trainings on new launches, application techniques, and product testing.
* Access to E-Learning modules will support your development, backed by our commitment to your growth.
* You may receive a Lancôme Rose of Excellence and attend the Golden Rose taskforce at Head Office.
* We support your progression into future management roles.
