Customer Support Specialist
The role of the Sales Support Coordinator involves providing administrative and operational support to the commercial teams. This includes managing sales documentation, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless operations between the sales team and internal supporting functions.
About the Role
This position requires strong organisational and multitasking abilities, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing sales orders, contracts, and other sales-related documents. They will also assist in maintaining and updating customer records in Salesforce and coordinate presentations and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, process and manage sales orders, contracts and other sales-related documents
* Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with company policies.
* Support in maintaining and updating customer records in Salesforce
* Assist in preparation of presentations and proposals
* Coordinate any required activities between the sales team and the internal supporting functions to ensure seamless operations
* Process and correct sales orders
* Manage and update Salesforce Subscription data
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Experience of SaaS subscription model preferred
* Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detailed-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
