This role provides expertise to support the Psychological Health Team, primarily assisting employees and contractors exposed to potentially graphic or objectionable content.
Psychological Health Business Partner Responsibilities:
* Partner with teams to ensure safety and well-being standards for employees and contractors engaging with graphic content.
* Support the design and measurement of psychological health programs for impacted workers.
* Advise business leaders on work impact and propose solutions to Program Managers.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to Employment Law, HR, Employee Relations, and leadership.
* Conduct market research and leverage industry best practices for program delivery.
* Develop and deliver psychological health workshops and trainings, including bespoke sessions.
* Provide consultation and coaching to leadership on employee well-being, especially in urgent situations.
* Create internal communication content on resiliency and mental health.
* Support teams exposed to graphic content with consultation and resources.
* Coordinate strategic priorities and stakeholder engagement to meet milestones.
* Travel approximately 30% for role requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Masters degree in psychology or related field.
* Accreditation/registration with a relevant regulatory body.
* Licensed as Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent (US) or equivalent internationally.
* 5+ years leadership and project management experience.
* Experience working with trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Doctoral Degree in psychology or related field.
* Experience in occupational health and safety.
* Experience in tech or BPO industries.
* Knowledge of compliance and risk assessments in multiple countries.
* Ability to collaborate across time zones and regions.
