Job Title: Accounting Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to assist with financial and administrative tasks.
About the Role:
* Process supplier and customer invoices in conjunction with a team environment
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
* Process purchases ledger invoices and match delivery notes and POs
* Reconcile supplier statements for discrepancies
* Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements as part of the payroll process
* Manage credit control procedures to minimize outstanding debt
* Complete VAT returns accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounting support role is essential
* Comfortable working with financial software and systems
* Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
